Audiologist was friendly, thorough, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
Locally owned mainline audio hearing was purchased by an international company called Audio Nova. The service changed from decent to horrible within months. Seems like profits come first and service to people in need of hearing aids comes fourth. When I had a problem local staff could no longer handle any issues.
