I don’t feel like this was a good experience for first time home buying and I really would recommend hiring your own inspectors. Seemed they just wanted to make a quick buck off me. Safety issues I wanted to negotiation they didn’t want to negotiate really. The inspectors they recommended did not note the electrical panel in the house is a known fire hazard from 30-40 years ago either. Upwards of 5k to fix out of pocket all together for just the electrical and radon issues.
Sidney Florence and Main Key Realty are amazing. She explained everything until we fully understood and truly felt like she had our best interest at heart. We wouldn't be in our dream house without her and her family. My fiance and I trust her fully and will use her services in the future as well heavily recommend Sidney Florence to anyone with any real estate needs or questions.
