Not impressed, 6 months on the market and only a hand full of showings. She never showed it one time, always telling me she has potential buyer wanting to view it but never came thru. Told me karma will get me and sending me contracts saying I owe her $2000 because I wanted my house removed a few days early due to storm damage. I called her broker weeks ago but she was to busy to chat with me said she would call me back but never did.
