I reported them to the BBB for selling me fake earrings. You can read the complaint in the Better Business bureau's profile for Main Jewelers. I asked a well known high end jewelry shop to clean my "gold" earrings. I was advised my earrings weren't gold and thus could not be cleaned there. I got the BBB involved immediately.
