I have been very pleased with the service up to date however, I was cashing a money order that I had bought at this location, the teller didnt listen to the transaction request I had made, the teller, I guess got confused and typed in the wrong amount tendered, so the teller was trying to give me the wrong change back, I asked for the supervisor at that point, the teller went to the office and came back and told me that the supervisor wasnt available, at this point the teller appeared to be getting very angry, I refused to t... read more
The first few times I used this place to buy a money order (fifty cents, such a deal!), the staff were very nice. However, recently I tried to cash a personal check from my dad, and they said they couldnt cash checks from family members. I thought that was an odd requirement; Ive used other check cashing places and never heard this one. I didnt see any sign with that on it, either. What really surprised me was they said I could cash it at any bank, though they said I could cash it at Chase even though it was drawn from Wells... read more
