I went to this place for my 16th birthday, which was a little while ago. I remember I never finished my pottery painting, so I would go in often to finish painting it! It's been a little bit since that and I absolutely love coming in here because Dia is the absolute sweetest. And that's an understatement. She's so friendly and I *loved* going in constantly because it meant I got to talk to her. So if you're ever considering going here, DO IT!!!!! Dia is wonderful with the kids *and* the parents! I’ve painted here several times and recently tried making our own bowls on the pottery wheel, which was such a fun and hands‑on experience. What really sets Main Ideas apart is that they don’t just do pottery painting, you can actually make pottery. It’s so rewarding to walk away with something you made from scratch. The owner is wonderful also — so easy to talk to, encouraging, and clearly passionate about the pottery. They also have fantastic taste in music! Best spot in town (or around) for pottery

Absolutely love this place. The staff are nothing short of wonderful. The pricing is fair and the atmosphere is always fun. We have done glow in the dark, splatter painting and pottery painting as well as summer camp and canvas painting. It is all fantastic. Thank you always

We celebrated our son third birthday at main ideas pottery with his 6 others 3 years old and they HAD a amazing time ! The owner Dia was present with her lovely dad and they helped me decorating the studio to make it special ! They was amazing with interacting with the childrens and going at their rhythms! We will go sgain for sure!
