We use them to ship a Japan shipment, and our shipments were vandalized. Goods were stolen, half carton of items are gone, packages are ripped opened and the contents were stolen. We confirmed with customs that they didn't open any boxes. The shipment arrived weeks (after clearing customs) before they deliver with an excuses that they don't have enough truck to deliver.
