True heavy hitters. You can tell when there’s a passion behind it
The burgers are amazing. Cheeseburger rolls are almost worth going back…almost. They’ve lost my order twice and several times the cooing time is twice as long as most places I frequent. One of the times they lost my order, I asked them if there was a problem; they went back and talked to the cook and I was told it would only be a few more minutes. After about 15, I asked again and the cook had lost our order…??? Took over an hour to get our food and the best they could do was a 20$ gift card.
Great burgers, will eat here again when I return to Anchorage
First timers! I was surprised by their portion sizes. Little pricey but so is everything now. Great customer service. Tried the Blackened Chicken Salad was phenomenal! Veggie wrap and Halibut burger were great as well according to my family, the menu was not kidding by saying “you’re going to love it” on that salad dressing for chicken salad. I will definitely be back I just wish there was a location closer to work! Thanks again!
HORRIBLE, Raw burgers, Rude service, if you can call it that. Save your time & money. I called because our burgers were raw. The girl that answered the phone was clueless and rude. She stated there was nothing she could do because it was Door Dash. Evidently, they don't worry about food quality if using the service. I called back, in shock she had hung up on me, she transfered me to a line that rang and hung up on you. Twice. I went through Door Dash for a refund. Never again will I eat here, so very unprofessional.
