I really love this pharmacy. The atmosphere is very nice and the displays in the window are always beautiful. Service is direct and fast, I especailly love the energy of the staff and how communal it feels. I like coming into the space and seeing that people generally feel comfortable and expressive here. My one issue is that I wish there was a bit more effort being done by the staff as a whole on client sensitivity. My mom is an octogenarian. Her pharmacy was closed when she wanted to refill her prescriptions. This pharmacy helped her even though she was not a regular and they even delivered to her door. Shortly afterwards she came to visit me in a completely different province and forgot to bring her refill. I went to the pharmacy here with the bottle and the pharmacy here communicated with this pharmacy and even though she is not a regular the pharmacist worked in an urgent manner to ensure my mom would have access to her medication. ... read more
