We found ourselves in a "anything that can go wrong will go wrong" situation this past Good Friday. We needed a specific medication not commonly held in pharmacies AND the hospitals outpatient pharmacies were closed. After calls to over 10 pharmacies we got lucky and landed on this location operated by the one and only Steve. He was helpful and empathic towards the situation we were in. I was at this pharmacy today, stood at the cash register for about 8 minutes waiting to be assisted. I kept looking at 4 to 5 employees behind the counter and none of them looked at me or acknowledged me. Poor service, they need to have someone designated to assist customers who are not there for prescription. I should of walked out with the merchandise without paying and may be then that would gotten their attention.
32 years of going to the same pharmacy It is a great thing when your pharmacist knows you by first name and knows everyone in the family. Steve and his team are the kindest people you will encounter
