Our Inogen One G5 was having problems, and Ben walked me through it and I order the part he recommended. Perfect repair and great service. (He even gave me his direct line in case there was a problem!) It also arrived the next day! Thanks for the great service Ben!
"Unfortunately I purchased my Inogen Rove 4 from a different supplier. When it went haywire after less than 4 months, although it was still under warranty, I was informed that it would take 5-8 weeks for repair! So after searching I contacted Josh Baker at Main Clinic. He was Godsend! My machine was repaired and returned the day after he received it! From here on Main Clinic is who I will be dealing with!"
Jason Pflug took care of our purchase. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He was persistent with the doctor's office in obtaining the prescription for the portable oxygen concentrator. He called the next day after we received the device to follow up and help with any questions or issues. He was able to help guide us through using the device and the settings.
