I ordered columns for my machine from Main clinic and learned before I received them that they would not fix problem. When I tried to return them I was told I couldn't even though the box was unopened. Then the person told me he could repair this one for almost brand new cost. I am disappointed with the service and will not recommend this company to anyone.
I was impressed the Main Clinic Supply web site information. My Inogen G5 was badly in need of repair. I called the number and spoke with Ricky, in service. Ricky assured me that everything on the site was truth. Long story short, I sent my machine in. They got it completely rebuilt for me at a great and reasonable price.
