The Turlock lab is a nightmare and the manager needs to be fired. UC Davis tried to fax my lab requests 6x in the past month and Sutter lab Staff threw it away, and the call center people called 4 numbers and no answer at the lab. Then the call center says go down there and check for your self. So I get in my car and the lab says we don’t have any thing. This has gone on for the past month.
