Dr. Jason is one of the best Doctors I've ever had. Yes, sometimes he runs late, but that's partially because he doesn't rush through the visits and takes his time. I had a visit this morning that was supposed to last 30 minutes, they found an anomaly and he spent nearly an hour with me. I think he could tell I was shaken up because he did his best to alleviate my concerns. They're very unorganized. More like a circus than a doctor's office.
The 3 stars are just for staff, Dr. Stein gets 10 stars. The staff and Envision themselves are another thing. It's like they think it's fort Knox. I get into my cancer centers for treatment easier. You do the self check in to save time but then they want to ask you the questions again. You call the number to check in, you go through the covid questions. You then get a call from inside with room ready and have to answer same covid questions- didn't change in 5 min. Someone's job isn't needed, redundancy. Then ask you all thes... read more
I have been a patient here since 2018 with Dr. Postula-Stein (aka Dr. Jason). He is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. He never makes you feel rushed or unheard and he takes as much time as necessary with each patient. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this office and highly recommend.
My mother and I used to love this office and the doctors there but the receptionists seem to have gotten less patient, and snappy. Also, I had to call to reschedule an appointment due to my college class running over and they decided I was no longer a client of theirs apparently… what a great office 👍 Doctor Atteyah though is amazing.
