I called to check on making an appointment. I was on hold for 30 minutes before a human answered the phone. Then that human became offended with the frustration in my voice. Anyone who waits 30 minutes on hold becomes a little miffed. If that's the way they treat people for a first impression I am definitely not interested in seeing Act 2. Unprofessional.
I've been seeing this practice for 12 years for myself and my kids. They have a great after hours clinic. The doctors & PAs are friendly & knowledgeable.
