I was visiting from Brisbane and I lost the screw out of my glasses and they happily fixed it for me for no charge…….would definitely recommend these guys
Heran, the optometrist at George & Matilda Eyecare, Main Beach saved the day! He quickly pinpointed my vision challenges and explained why and how I could easily alleviate the issue. I felt relieved and impressed. Suzie, the optical dispenser then followed up very efficiently and ensured that my new lenses were prioritised and made in lightening speed. On holidays from Melbourne my partner’s glasses were sitting crooked on his face so we stopped in to ask if they could advise how to bend the arm slightly to sit straight. Evelyn was extremely helpful and went out of her way to clean, tighten the screws, safely heat the frame and readjust it to fit and sit right. Within a few minutes they were perfect. We offered to pay but she refused. Very gracious and friendly service, would recommend!
