Ordered flowers well within timeline for same day delivery. 13/02. Didn’t mind that they weren’t delivered on the day, as I assume they must be busy because it’s Valentine’s Day. Flower delivery guy called me at 18:54 on the 14th. Text me as well. I let him know that my partners work place is closed now but thanks for trying and “I will apply for a refund” Instantly they blocked my phone number. Terrible service, terrible people. Incredible bouquet of flowers and the beautiful florist also gifted a vase for a very special occasion and friend. I was so impressed with the level of service, kindness, creativity and love. Thank you so much. The only place I will get flowers on the GC in the future. Thank you!
Paid $90 for a ‘dried/preserved’ arrangement that mainly consisted of artificial flowers (not mentioned at all in product description). Bouquet looked nothing like the picture on the website.
