We have used Greenway Appliance Repair (which is now part of Main Appliance Service) multiple times for repairs on various appliances. We have been very pleased with their response time and the quality of the repairs. Cost of repairs has always been fair. We have usually had Josh provide the service and he is great. We ask for Josh based on his excellent work. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't you know? Less than a week before Thanksgiving my oven goes kaput. Main Appliance Service was swamped with a Bosch dishwasher recall, but they squeezed me in. Went ahead and pre-ordered three parts for my oven (the most likely culpits) so all the tech had to do was go to his van and get the right part (they just return the unused ones). Had it fixed in 40 minutes and I'm going to be able to roast my turkey in two days. Rick was terrific and efficient. I highly recommend.
When our LG refrigerator that was only 18 months old stopped working, we were shocked. Rick came out to diagnose the problem and returned to replace the compressor. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and provided great customer service. Main Appliance will definitely be our first call next time we need service!

Tim installed my new Bosch dishwasher this afternoon. He called to let me know he was on the way, and once he got here he helped me with a pest issue that was brewing under the old machine before beginning the installation. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Main Appliance Service. I will definitely call them in the future if I need any appliances installed or repaired.
