I tried my best to like it even though I never cared for the design. The recent ad campaign sealed the deal. I feel the whole endeavor missed the mark if it was trying to integrate into the Main and Stone neighborhood vibe. Also, I miss the view.
This building is an eyesore. Tear it down and start again.
Don't actually care about the post. I'm just interested to know how the tenants are going to feel when they have hundreds of possibly pissed off, probably drunk, Greenville locals leaving bars at 2 am and loudly making their way past this complex to the waffle house across the street. Should only happen every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning. No big deal.
All of us in all zip codes around here were less than thrilled about your cheap, Atlanta looking eye sore on our beautiful Main Street. Now the marketing aspect has just nailed the coffin shut.
Poor parking, tiny rooms, over priced, owners think their sh*t don't stink
