I made the mistake of thinking this facility was in the Maimonides doctors pavilion. It is not. This facility is a few blocks away. The waiting room here is filthy. Despite the appearance, we chose to stay to see the doctor. Dr. Webster is a Columbia graduate so we were looking forward to her insight. We were happy with the visit. Literally impossible to get on the phone with them after 12pm they are so annoying just answer the phone!!
I wish I could leave zero stars. Came for an annual checkup and it was a horrible experience. Everyone was rude and the process was extremely inefficient. The office and the rooms also looks very unhygienic. Never coming back.
Women’s health ultrasound appointment . Was waiting for an hour !!! They messed up my schedule or smth.
I think nowadays nobody care about health of people,pregnant, care only about good insurance and woman go for appointment, when problem nobody care and give good advice..for 4 month of care no one time doctor ginecolig saw me,just midwife,and not the same....I feel places like this one day close and stop their work....
