Dr. Lisa Huao and the nurses are awesome, the receptionists are very rude, I waited more than 35 minutes to schedule an appointment for my newborn baby and none of them were able to help me, they were walking around or in their phones, the office was empty, I had to left without making the appointment because my baby was in crisis crying.

Finding a Pediatrician Turned Frustrating As a first-time mom due in just 3 weeks, I was advised by my OBGYN to secure a pediatrician beforehand. This office, close by according to Google Maps, seemed perfect. However, scheduling an appointment proved incredibly difficult. Phone Calls Unanswered: Despite repeated attempts, reaching anyone by phone was impossible.
