Horrible customer service!!! Front desk are unreliable and unresponsive. In the office daily but don’t answer calls or customer emails or requests. I call every week for two months for a prescription only to get it once it was too late. They are rude and will purposely transfer calls to lines no one will answer while also yelling and speaking poor thinking they put you on hold but we can hear your horrible attitudes from a mile away. Horrible service. My appointment was for 10am. I didn’t get called to the back for vitals until 11. Once to got to the back they did my vitals sat me in a room and closed the door. By 12:10 after sitting for another hour I decided to get up and leave. This place was not AT ALL busy literally 6 patients and the wait was extremely long. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location.
Horrible service will not recommend anyone to this location. My appointment was at 10 sat there until 12 and still didn’t see a doctor. There was no more patients waiting to be seen by the doctor but they had me waiting in a room with the door closed for a hour waiting to see Dr.Blissett whom never came to do her job. I was highly disappointed with the service. I will travel to the 9th Ave location to do my OB care.
The front desk receptionist is rude and apathetic. They will give you the run around and ultimately not be able to schedule you, all questions are directed to a call center.
No one picks up the phone.
