Rude, dismissive staff — not what you want from a place handling prenatal care and labor & delivery I called to schedule a prenatal appointment and left my information, as instructed. I’ve visited twice, once for a GYN appointment with Dr. Comrie. The wait was over 3 hours even though I was on time for my appointment, however Dr. Comrie is fantastic, thorough and with great bedside manner. I wish I could say the same for the staff. 95% are RUDE, they do not listen and respond before the question is finished. They have a response ready and it doesn’t actually answer the question. I’m not sure if the front desk was having a bad day but i greeted them twice & recieved no response just a stare as if I was bothering her.

Horrible customer service!!! Front desk are unreliable and unresponsive. In the office daily but don’t answer calls or customer emails or requests. I call every week for two months for a prescription only to get it once it was too late. They are rude and will purposely transfer calls to lines no one will answer while also yelling and speaking poor thinking they put you on hold but we can hear your horrible attitudes from a mile away.
