Communication and outreach BAD. Doctor NEVER replied to emails or phone calls, failed to communicate efficiently, cause prescription delayed and appointment delayed. Prescription never on time!!! Scheduling appointments is equally frustrating because communication is so poor. Because of their repeated delays, I have been forced to go without my medication for at least one week almost every month. There's no way to speak to management. Hispanic woman in the front with glasses and red/orange hair is not professional. I notice Jewish people get treated well here but people of color are not treated well by white staff. I went to multiple buildings. The Hispanic woman with dyed orange hair has been rude multiple times to me. But she's nice to women. That's sexist. Even though majority of the patients are not white.
