Just tried to enroll as a new patient with Maimonides Health, tried their online portal and was directed to call there office (718-283-8100) - I called their office and was told unless I was an LGTBQ patient, which I am not, they were not going to take me as a new patient. I am frustrated that Maimonides gives the illusion of taking new patients on their portal and other search portals, but in reality will only consider certain types of patients.
