How about realizing the ER is for REAL emergencies and not for your cramps, cough, or pregnancy test needs.. if you don't like the service its because Dying and truly sick Patients are getting it..!!
The nurses in the ER needs to be more sympathetic and respectful. Just because someone doesnt speak english doesnt mean u yell at them and embarrass them. What a disgrace!

A super busy E.R., but great care nonetheless. If I were having a heart attack, this is where I'd want to be.
Make sure the person who takes down your info at Emergency takes it down right because obviously they don't like to pay attention.
