I went with my Bvlgari eyeglasses to have new lenses put in. When I went to pick them up an employee by the name of Ben kept tightening them and would not answer me when I was questioning him. When I got home the right earpiece fell off. When I returned to the business I was told the hinge was broken by being tightened too much and it can not be fixed. The response was sorry they can not be fixed and we are not responsible
