PHYSICAL FORMS ARE ALWAYS LOST OR NEVER CREATED ! HAVE TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO ASK IF PHYSICAL FORM IS READY!! SOMETIMES THE DOCTORS EVEN FORGET TO DO IT
I’m giving 1 STAR considering I have been calling repeatedly, leaving messages, faxing over documentation that needs to urgently be signed only for no answer the communication with patients it’s absolutely horrid no one calls you back and everyone is lazy and takes their time when it comes to handling things with their patients YOU GUYS HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER
We came here 2.30pm and now 5.20pm but still waiting for my baby shots... dr. Came and asks few questions and they find out some shots are missing previously(between that time and now we came twice and asked if all shots up to date they said yes)....still waiting as I'm writing this.
The Have Zero Customer Service You Call The Phone And They Answer Put You On Hold For An Extended Period Of Time. Like What Yall Want Me Doing Drop Everything Come To The Office Just To Make An Appointment Which Could Be Done Over The Phone ???
