Never answer the phone the receptionist. Took me 3 whole month almost every day multiple times throughout the day and no one one would pick up until finally after 3 months trying. You call to reschedule an appointment and again you face this dilemma. They pick and choose when they want to work and answer the phone.
I really wish I could just give them 0 stars honestly. No one picks up the phone. There are 3 separate numbers for this office yet none of them get answered. From the other reviews it seems I'm not the only one frustrated with the situation. Left a message for the manager and still no call back. Only one extension picks up from the numbers offered and they can't even help with scheduling.
