Does anyone at this office know how to answer their phone? There’s no way all lines are busy all the time, why even have multiple if you won’t get answered? I can’t even reschedule my appointment on the app like I’m being told so I have to resort to calling and it seems like everyone decided to just ignore the ringer.
They have I great doctors but I need to schedule an appointment and they never pick up the phone
If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. I've called multiple times and they never answer. If they choose to answer it's only to say please hold and put then put me on hold for a long time only to hang up the phone call. I'm surprised this place is still recommended for dental services.
