I am currently staying with my child in the pediatric department at this hospital, and I am very disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The refrigerator is dirty, the trash is often not taken out until late in the evening, and the microwave is extremely dirty. Today I had to wipe it down myself before heating food for my child. This is a children’s unit where sick children are being treated, and proper hygiene should be a top priority. The level of cleanliness is unacceptable for a pediatric hospital environment. I can't believe that the doctors at this hospital, who have received professional training, could let my daughter take Prednisone on an empty stomach without giving any stomach-protecting medication, and even made a mistake—my daughter has already stopped taking this medication. A poor bathroom, none of which is a suitable shower for patients. Your clothes can only be placed on the ground, and there are no clothes hanging around. No one will clean your room unless you ask.

Dr. Nitzan Hasson is truly the best doctor I’ve ever experienced. My son is usually terrified of doctors, so I was expecting a full tantrum but he was completely calm because she is so good with kids. She has such a gentle, kind, and reassuring way about her. She’s incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful.
