Horrible my daughter had a 104 fever and they made us wait for three hours they sent us to triage twice. What was upsetting is that people that checked in after us got a room before us. This hospital also does not have a changing table so I had to change my daughter in the waiting room while they told me to change her in the bathroom. Like on the floor? It was ridiculous. I passed a few hospitals to get to this one. I needed my child to receive the best treatment possible. We got that here. ALL of the staff were great ! Everyone was kind. Medical professionals explained everything to me and answered my questions thoroughly despite the high activity. I’m making the trip every time (as circumstances permits) Thank you to the morning shift on 4/24

First of all let me thank everyone in the pediatrics ER. The Doctor there is brilliant. Unfortunately I falied to get his name but he was a Latino man. The place is clean, yes. In pediatric department nurses are super nice! BUT THEY'LL TRY TO KEEP U FOR LONGER JUST TO CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE. There were things that could've been done the same day which they'd just spread it to another three which is very furstrating. One star for nurses another one for the Dr in ER.

Our kid had a fever for 9 days. Doctor Tom Werber gave the right medicine then her fever stopped. We would like to say thank you so much for Doctor Tom Werber and also Doctor Wang and Doctor Xu and all the teams. They are so professional, patient and friendly. Thank you so much for all the help.

I had a beautiful experience my 14 year old was brought in Trauma for DKA and from that very moment the doctors and nurses were so nice and understanding! And it’s very clean on the pediatric floor! I will continue to take her there.
