Doctor sifor was good but rest of staff was so rude and unprofessional
The worst front desk staff in the history of front desk staffs. Should fire all of them. Came in on Tuesday for a 6pm appointment. Front desk person was extremely rude and didn't even check us in. We were waiting with a little baby for over an hour before our chart was even placed in circulation.
The doctors are great but some of the staff does not seem to have a pleasant personally. I am not sure if it is because they are always busy but they are not personable. Some act like they don't want to be at work. They need to do better. It is a turn off. Also, there is always a long wait even if you show up on time. I have been waiting an hour already with no communication from staff.
I had a very positive experience with Dr.Soifer. He's not only knowledgable but friendly as well. If you have an injury and are looking for an orthopedist, tell your referring physician to give you a referral for him.
