This Bone & Joint doctor’s office ireceptionist staff are rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment at 11:45 a.m. I signed in and I was told to sit down and wait for my name to be called. It was my first time there. I waited and waited approximately 45 minutes later I go to the desk and they ask me if I completed the form and I responded no. They give me the form to complete and ask me to provide my insurance and insurance card. I just walked out! They told me to wait and never told me to complete any form until an hour ... read more
waiting here is crazy if u going to appointment they let u wait just doc check in u gonna lose 2-3 hours its annoying u kust sitiing whole hour then they call u then u sititing 30 kinutes more
