This place is a disgrace to the American health care industry. I don't think they have a scheduling system. All the patients are scheduled for 10 am and then served on a first-come, first-served basis. For a 10 min visit you need to wait hours. Avoid in all coast
Very bad service
Waited for 2 hours for a SCHEDULED routine check-up which took 45 min. Then they billed my insurance for a full new patient visit instead of what I came for. Upcoding is a form of billing fraud lol
This place sucks, staff are useless. I'm looking g for a new doctor. People do not go there find a better place.
Everytime Marina is at the reception she makes my mom wait hours!! She tells her to go upstairs and then they tell her to go back downstairs. Marina tells my mom to sign in but never actually registers her. My mom will be sitting there for hours and no one helps her if Marina is around. And if someone helps my mom and tells something to Marina, Marina gets upset. Idk why she is like this with my mom. She needs to retire already and let the new friendlier receptionist do their job because they absolutely do a much better job ... read more
