They don’t follow their posted business hours. I can’t get my packages as fedex and ups have both tried to deliver my package. I’m here now at 2:45 pm tue dec 19th and posted hours are 9:30 am to 5:30pm M-F and it’s closed. On Friday I came in to check my mail and the the business area was closed with the gate locked, but there was a lady and some kids in there watching a movie during supposed business hours, and she wouldn’t get my mail that I knew had arrived. This is the worst place to have a mail box at.
The Notary from Mailroom & More came to my house to sign loan documents and was belligerent and didn't understand the law on proper ID for signatures. Had to call the police on the man and file a complaint with the California Secretary of State.
I like the customer service. The place looks really clean and organized.
