If was able to they would get negative stars. I purchased a picture and apparently was low resolution and they printed picture. You could not even tell that they were my kids and they printed this. When I contacted customer service they said this was picture you submitted. I told them any other place I have ever ordered always advised not to print if the resolution was low because of this instance. I will never purchase from them again, as I don't have money to throw away.
