I’ve only had great experiences with Mailbox West. Always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to help with whatever you need. Gems like this are what make West Seattle such a great community.

I was simply dropping off a package and found this place on google. At first glance, google informed me this place was open. When I showed up, it was only the lobby that was open and not the counter drop off my shipment. No big deal, it was my fault for not looking more closely. As I was walking away to go get lunch and wait, a gentleman (I regret not grabbing his name!) literally ran out the door and caught me on the sidewalk to grab my package (PHRASING!). Great neighborhood mail store – Barry was extremely helpful and friendly when I was trying to figure out the best way, including price and delivery, for a large awkward, but lightweight, box going to my niece. It was precious contents for her wedding. The price was 3X cheaper to sent UPS but someone needed to be home on a weekday to pick it up. He held the box one day and I was able to give him her work address by phone which he changed on the box. He wants to do what is best for you, the customer. I appreciate his cheerful ... read more

The gang at mailbox west – Their personal touch begins with remembering my name all the way through to letting me know when a client payment has come in. They have always been professional yet down to earth and friendly. I appreciate their efforts greatly.
