I dropped off a very expensive UPS package around 1220pm. I had to pay $1 to leave it. I noticed by 430 it hadn't started tracking so I called and was told I had missed the UPS pick up and he was sorry, usually he tells people that when they drop off. He said they would be back in the morning. The next day I called to verify it had been picked up. Three days later my package never tracked so I called back and was told "This happens all the time".
