I called to ask for an update about a package I dropped off, and the staff was very rude. I don’t recommend this place — better avoid it to not have a bad experience.

I came here for notary services and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The older gentleman who helped me seemed bothered from the start and didn’t listen when I explained what I needed. He quickly notarized my passport page but refused to follow the process for additional pages, and when I asked for his signature on my photo, he told me to fill in the details myself. This mailbox service is absolutely awesome. Dave is wonderful to deal with. Very professional and the prices are well below any competition. I've been doing business with him for many years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm grateful for his business.
