Very nice people. I've rented a box there for years. They go above and beyond their job to help you. They are nice enough to carry out heavy packages to my truck. I much rather go to Mailbox Express any day instead of a crowded post office. The nice couple at Mailbox Express on North College give much better customer service.
The first thing that hits you as you walk in is the wonderful smell of their soy candles. Then the professional and friendly owners will help you in any way possible! I love this store and I recommend it to anyone.
