Customer service is poor. They know they can keep your mail hostage so they don’t care about improving client relationships. Sometimes when the worker is alone, even if no one is there she will make you come back later to get a package. She doesn’t care that some people drive ten miles to pick up a package and it could be 5 ft away from her (literally). She won’t give it to you till she feels like it. Very lazy.
