WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! We rented their apartment on Rice street. Infested with mice and the apartment was damn dirty when we first moved in. Not just that they are SHARKS! They will drain as much money as they can once you move out. We were charged over $800 dollars worth of damages when we never did that much worth of damages! NEVER RENT FROM THESE SHARKS!
We justmoved into the 1530 bellows st location in west saint paul. It is infested with BED BUGS! All our belongings need to be thrown out. The management company treated us horrible. They made us pay extra for the security deposit and then took the whole thing claiming we broke the lease by moving out due to the bed bug infestation that seems to be everywhere in the building. I will NEVER rent from Mailand Management again!
Stay away from this management "company", and any of their buildings. They are infested with cockroaches, the company doesn't care or do anything about it, the buildings are unsafe, no heat in winter time, over priced for the LOW quality of apartment. Stay away. Office people are rude and greedy and Greg Mailand only cares about the bottom line - $. Stay away and do not tell anyone to live here.
People from the management corp are rude and greedy. When I ended the lease and inform the building manager that I am leaving three months prior to the moving, the manager talk about the moving every time we see each other for three months and then suddenly he deny everything. I have to pay extra month of rent. I throughly cleaned the unit (even rent a carpet washing machine) , and the manager had inspection said the room is clean and won't charge me anything.After I moved out, I got a cleaning bill of $300.
