Horrible customer Care and service!! I would like to say that I have NEVER had an issue using this Business Center. However that was before I had a claim for a damaged item that was packed and shipped by them. I was in on Monday 28th of Oct to mail a picture frame to my sister. I didn’t want to take the chance to mess it up by packing it myself. It cost in excess of $30.00 (again thinking I made the best choice) to package the item. Had a nice experience at The Mail Stop in Boynton Beach. Sent home clothing that I bought and had no room for in my suit case. Same day had to return to ship my brother's ashes and they are very pleasant. Thank you for being fast and most polite. I won $32 on the scratch tickets I purchased too. Happy Holidays.
