Years ago you could count on pack and mail with everything from A to Z and know your packages would make it to where they were supposed to be but these days they are far from the business they use to be!! They 'Lose" packages that were only handled by their employees and were never scanned in to be tracked and they don't know what happened and then give you the run around for months on and failing to ever fix their wrongs and allow employees to do what they feel fit with your belongings and then blame USPS... wouldn't that b... read more
Me and my boyfriend have a box here. Never had issues at all with them. Always super nice. Really affordable too
I paid $100 to overnight medical records to a Colorado doctor. It never arrived. FedEx noted a person received it who doesn’t even work there, but works at another city. FedEx “investigated” and said it was delivered, but the records were not there. Pack and Mail Room was no help. I talked to the owner, and she said she would follow up and call me back. Never heard from her. I stopped in a few more times and they said I should email her. I had to spend time and money to obtain records and overnight it to another vendor. Will... read more
