Me and my boyfriend have a box here. Never had issues at all with them. Always super nice. Really affordable too
I paid $100 to overnight medical records to a Colorado doctor. It never arrived. FedEx noted a person received it who doesn’t even work there, but works at another city. FedEx “investigated” and said it was delivered, but the records were not there. Pack and Mail Room was no help. I talked to the owner, and she said she would follow up and call me back.
