I was extremely disappointed in the service received. I came in four days before my event specifically to see if this shop could meet my needs - one small card stock poster and two larger foam board posters, plus one blank very large foam board piece - and was assured it would be no problem. Forty-eight hours later I hadn't heard anything, so I called, and only then was told there wasn't enough ink to do the larger posters due to a delayed ink delivery. Finding a PARKING spot is very often IMPOSSIBLE to get, because the fitness center behind Pack and Mail allows their customers to park in the spots designated for Pack and Mail customers. The street in front of Pack and Mail, plus all of the 7 parking spaces are USUALLY filled for hours at a time with fitness center customers. Be prepared to walk a black with your packages to get to the Mail center.
