Customer Service – Gentlemen behind the counter came to the door to assist me with 3 very large packages that I needed shipped. Found pricing to be very reasonable and service to be speedy. I would choose this location over the post office any day of the week. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and went the extra mile. Its nice to see customer service still does exist.
Inexperienced in their Services, Avoid – I've used this store for many years. Great service always could be expected. I discovered to my total disappointment the fantastic people to deal with who have been there many years, all gone. I had a $60,000 business transaction requiring a fast shipment and the kid at the counter was clueless, a disheartening proposition with a service industry where your business is on the line.
