I have been using the PostScan Mail service at Mail Etc Inc for about 5 years. They have always been easy to work with, have always kept my mail and packages safe, and the owner even recognizes me when I come in to pick up mail. A great business!

I rented a U Haul truck here. Not the fault of the location, but the first truck I tried to rent had been vandalized - the location owner really did a lot of extra work to try to fix this, then worked with U Haul and got me a replacement truck in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way! Great job handling that.

The few times of year I send packages I come here! The woman who works here always helps me find the proper packaging for what I am sending, and takes care of all of the shipping labels for me, which I really appreciate. Every time I have been here she has been efficient and kind, and as a bonus has an adorable pup who hangs out with her in the shop! Would highly recommend going here for all of your shipping needs, especially if you are a college student living in the u district. :)

I booked a U-Haul from this place. I got everything ready to move and went to pick it up...and found a paper note on the door saying they were closed for the day. This is beyond a small inconvenience and pretty irresponsible to allow reservations and not honor them.
