I’ve been a loyal customer since this location reopened and had recommended it to others — but today’s experience was disappointing enough that I feel I have to share it. I came in to ship a portable battery box, which was clearly labeled as such on the packaging. The employee told me I needed to buy a box and cover the label, which isn’t an actual requirement for shipping portable battery boxes. The mail drop was super helpful when I needed to mail my laptop back to the manufacturer for repair. It was out of warranty so I needed to handle packing and shipment. The guys here at the mail drop helped pack it professionally and walked me through different options for shipping.
Mail Drop has been awesome. I’ve sent multiple packages at different times and I never had any problems. I feel like I get 5-Star treatment every time. Happy to have such a wonderful place near me!!

Do not drop off here, anytime Ive ever dropped off packages here they don’t update for almost a WEEK. It makes my rating go down and have customers question if it was even shipped or not. It’s worth just going to the post office and having it shipped right from the source. This place is a complete waste of time and has had me lose out on money.
