They actually had a notary on site and there were no crowds easy getting in there but they do not have a public restroom

Very friendly but WAY overpriced. I was shocked when they charged me $23 to ship a small padded envelope to Chicago using USPS. I looked it up on USPS website and had I just gone to the post office it would have been $12. Double the price to use the same shipping service. Ridiculous. I gave them 2 stars because they’re nice but I’ll never go back now that I know how much they overcharge.
Was charged a damage fee for something ridiculous when renting a van. Not sure who the manger is, but UHAUL told me when I complained to customer service that the manager was the one who decided this. I did not leave any damage on that van. And it's just a way to get more of my money. I do not recommend renting your stuff from this place, rent from Home Depot or some other establishment
Used them for shipping for years. Always very helpful. Seems like every time I try to use UPS and the like, they just push me towards an automated screen. The Mail Drop is full service with a helpful smile. I went in today because I saw Uhaul trucks outside. I just needed a couple of blankets to protect a couch.
