RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF, GO TO THE UPS STORE INSTEAD!!! Wanted a signature to be notarized. When the woman in the store heard it was in a foreign language, decided to be extremely rude. She said they would not notarize signatures on non-English documents. I asked whether this was a new rule as a year earlier they did not have a problem doing the exact same thing: she said it has been a rule since 14 years.
