Just called to follow up on a package I had dropped off last evening because I checked the tracking number and it appeared the package had not left the store. I was speaking to a man who abruptly handed me off to a woman. No need to pay more money to be treated rudely.
I've been with Mailbox Express since 1987. The service has always been amazing. I've never lost a package. I recommend them to everyone.

I must say I agree with the previous review of Mailbox Express HB. It's more than just a mailing store! The staff is very helpful and friendly. And it is so fun to walk around and see all the great products, including artwork and artisan items. Really fun cards too. I truly recommend this place to everyone.
