I had a great experience here. Kayla was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and made everything easy and smooth. Eric was also very helpful. I didn’t get to meet the owner, Emily, but the staff spoke highly of her, which says a lot about the place. Excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend them.

I came here for the first time looking for a UPS store and was greeted at the door by Emily, who was closing the store. Still, she was kind enough to invite me in and took care of me right away. This store is beyond excellent and amazing. Every staff member assists you immediately with all your shipping needs. They look for the best price for you and assist you with packaging as well. In fact my own personal experience, that shows unparalleled customer service, was when I arrived at the store at 3pm on a Saturday. This is when the store closes.
