This store is beyond excellent and amazing. Every staff member assists you immediately with all your shipping needs. They look for the best price for you and assist you with packaging as well. In fact my own personal experience, that shows unparalleled customer service, was when I arrived at the store at 3pm on a Saturday. This is when the store closes. I came here for the first time looking for a UPS store and was greeted at the door by Emily, who was closing the store. Still, she was kind enough to invite me in and took care of me right away. I was surprised she didn't send me away! Once I walked in I noticed a family was checking out and they were thanking Kayla (another employee) for all her help.
