THEY ARE SO KIND AND SO CONSIDERATE!!!! They're literally the best people and the service is always 100/10 there. It's so quick and so easy and the main three working the front desk are the kindest people I've ever met. If I could give 1000 stars instead of 5, I genuinely so would. I had a great experience here. Kayla was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and made everything easy and smooth. Eric was also very helpful. I didn’t get to meet the owner, Emily, but the staff spoke highly of her, which says a lot about the place. Excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend them.
The absolute best mailbox and service center in the Valley. Thanks to Emily, Oscar, Kayla and Nina. They take care of everything. Super friendly staff.

I was seeking a western union and she helped me locate one so very kindly. She was knowledgeable and kind. That’s the best. And she had a smile on her face and was glad to help! Thank you! It is that kind of customer service that leaves such a strong and positive impression for a long time. I was the one who asked to put in a good review for her. She did not ask. She... read more
