After reading the negative reviews I was hesitant to use the McKinney branch for Mail America. However I went ahead and was pleased. The male clerk was very courteous and the process didn't take long at all. My package is now making it's way home across Texas.
I'd give zero stars if possible.... A shipment they packaged was destroyed and it was impossible to even get them to return my calls and they were unhelpful for weeks until I finally called my credit card company deal with them... i'm still out $200 in the goods that i shipped (eventhough I purchased insurance w/ them- mail America wouldn't honor the insurance

They are quick and efficient. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to my friends and new neighbors.
I use Mail America store #102 all the time for my postal needs and boy did I ever get some bad customer service. I went to the counter to send out my package and not once did the clerk Tracy speak a word to me until my bill was ready for payment. I must be honest and say that I felt like such a bother to the clerk that when I left the store that morning my attitude changed from Happy to not so Happy. Excellent customer service, top notch upstanding business owner. Would never go to any other mail service business but this one. Owner stands behind every thing he does and with grace.
I've been going to Mail America since 1999. The workers and the owner are the best in the business. Always polite and I've grown to know them all over the years. I've seen one of the ladies who works there have 3 children. I have grown to have a personal out of business relationship with the owner. We golf mainly as he is an avid golfer and goes around the country to do so. Their rates are fair and unless it is around a holiday, very quick service.
I have been a customer since 4/2005 and the place and the workers are excellent. I would imagine only a competitor is spreading bad rumours.(Ashley) If there is a problem you need to talk to the owner and get it resolved not write slanderous statements on web. I use it for all my package deliveries and I have had a box there for 4 years.
