They installed defective/scratched flooring tiles in two of my bathrooms and refuse to replace them or refund me enough to hire someone else to do the replacement. They said the scratches were part of the tile “design” although clearly they are not. They did sloppy grout work on the bathroom floors and shower floors and wouldn’t clean it up.
