This by far has been my most horrible experience dining out for a special occasion ever. Made a reservation and clearly stated it was my dear cousin's birthday and wanted it to be a special occasion, and wanted acknowledgment from the host. The welcome was very simple and bland, from the greeting to the escorting to my table. Maiella is one of those special restaurants that just “knows what they’re doing.” Everything is done beautifully: the atmosphere, service, cocktails, and food never fail to impress me. If I could give Maiella six stars, I would!
My fiancee and I have only ever eaten at the bar, I can't say enough good things about the food, staff, music and the restaurant manager. They are so kind and helpful. Always a great experience!
