We will definitely go back in the Summer. It wasa great experience and cannot wait to attend the live band night. We sadly arri ed right at 5 and were left waiting by the hostess for another 10 minutes. She came and didn't even apologise. One star less due to her attitude.
Went on Valentine’s Day with a reservation and received terrible service. With a pre-set menu, there’s really no excuse for how long everything took. We watched multiple tables get seated, eat, and leave while we were still waiting. Waiter spent more time at every other table and it took so long to get the check that I had to get up and find a manager myself. No apology, no compensation. Spent just under $300 for two and got fast-food level service. Won’t be back.
Went here for Valentine’s Dinner. Overall - it was fine. I think it’s reasonably priced, but I’m not sure I understood the space. There were 2 big cherry blossom trees (which are fun), but playing awfully loud DJ music, and the ambience was just confusing overall. Luis was our waiter. No issues per se, but felt a bit ignored. As always, had an amazing lunch with a dear friend of mine who absolutely loved it. Maiella never disappoints. Delicious food and wine. We treated ourselves to a fabulous time on a very chilly Saturday afternoon!
Pasta is fresh and delicious, service is always top notch! A reliable local restaurant for us
