Mark is a bully. He bully’s and scares all the elderly tenants there. They are scared to even call or tell anyone about what the ‘Landlord’ is doing to everyone. In fear of that he will terrorize them. I filled a case with fair housing, adult protective services and channel 3 news. I fell very bad for the tenets who live there. And it’s a federal funded complex. Shame on you mark the landlord you are a bully and a horrible person.
Very difficult to connect with this agency or obtain info as to how to get on wait list.
Most of the residents are so friendly and make one feel welcomed. The grounds are beautiful and the owner is anAwesome guy!!
I was told from Mark I'm guessing he is the manager he had an opening he was very pleasant in conversation I told him I needed a place by September 30 he told me the deposit by every word of our conversation I had nothing to worry about except I couldn't ever get anyone to answer the phone! Last Friday I again talked with Mark who told me to keep calling Monday morning persistently utill they answer putting all my trust an confidence in Mark I didn't keep looking at other places to move to now!
