I called this place to do a welfare check on my father-in-law and the man who answered the phone who is named Mark was extremely rude, he told me “why don’t you just drive here and check on him yourself” . He referred to himself as “Donald Trump”. It was one of the most Disgusting encounters that I have endured. He was even telling me that he was going to shoot me either from the front or the back. It was foul. We ended up calling the police on him.
Mark is a bully. He bully’s and scares all the elderly tenants there. They are scared to even call or tell anyone about what the ‘Landlord’ is doing to everyone. In fear of that he will terrorize them. I filled a case with fair housing, adult protective services and channel 3 news. I fell very bad for the tenets who live there. And it’s a federal funded complex. Shame on you mark the landlord you are a bully and a horrible person.
Very difficult to connect with this agency or obtain info as to how to get on wait list.
Most of the residents are so friendly and make one feel welcomed. The grounds are beautiful and the owner is anAwesome guy!!
