I've been a customer for the last 2+ years, and I stayed one for way too long. After ownership changed hands, the service went downhill fast. The new owner, Chris, does not care about her customers. Every time I called in to talk to her about what wasn't done as far as cleaning or appointment changes, she was conveniently on the other line, and she let the receptionist take care of it. My wife called for an appointment (after the email she sent 9 days prior was ignored) and though their website boasts of servicing Allen County and so many other areas, and we live close enough to the city limits to have a Fort Wayne address, we were told (after they didn't show for an appointment) we are too far out. Not very impressive customer service.
Great job, reliable and fast.
