kensleymom- I can agree to the fact that you called and claimed that a few things were left not up to par. Our office offered to immediately send a return crew to correct the areas of concern. And you could never arrange this with your college student daughter. I have a record of our attempt to return, it was more than 6 times. shane_hendly- I have gone back on our books to check any service provided to you. And we do not show absolutely any record of MQ ever servicing your account. I have been the manager at this office for 15 years. I speak perfect english and would have 100% addressed a very critical accusation. I am afraid that you must have the wrong maid service sir.
